No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the use or misuse of any information or content or any reliance thereon.

GVPT is only intended for use by healthy adult individuals and specifically not by under 18's, pregnant women, or individuals with any type of health condition. GVPT's food database has been compiled from manufacturers' and retailers' product data, either on packaging or from data sent to us directly. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure the accuracy of the data, Greens Health and Fitness Limited will not be held accountable for any errors in content, or outcomes resulting from the errors.

- When you submit an entry to a competition or prize draw.
- When you disclose your data to us or otherwise through the site at any other point.
